The Chemistry Company, LLC ("Chemistry," "we," "us," or "our") operates thechemistry.co and related properties (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We aim to collect the minimum information needed to do good work and to respond when you reach out. If you have questions, write to engage@thechemistry.co.

01Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us — when you email us, submit an inquiry, share a brief, or otherwise correspond with us. This may include your name, email address, employer, role, and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate the Site and to understand aggregate usage.

Chemistry operates from the United States and the United Kingdom. By using the Site or corresponding with us, you understand and consent to such transfer.

09Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
